Our virtual journey to the Gaza Strip in solidarity with Palestinian children
6th Class in Drimina NS are organising a fundraiser to provide aid to Palestinian children living in the Gaza Strip during these turbulent times. The Senior Room (4th, 5th & 6th classes) will aim to accumulate 4000km over the last 6 weeks of the school term (17th May -25th June) through walking, running, cycling or swimming to cover the distance between Drimina NS and the Gaza Strip. The participating children are asking for your sponsorship of this endeavour in whatever amount you can afford to give. The children will be provided with sponsorship cards and will also share the GoFundMe page to anyone who prefers to donate online. This link will be available from next week on our school website. Feel free to share the link and the description of the project. The very best of luck to our organisers in 6th class and the whole Senior Room in their efforts!
