On July 12th last, our 6th class pupils, together with their parents & teachers gathered in the school hall to celebrate the end of their primary education & time together in Drimina N.S. Graduation 2020 was not as we had planned it back in September 2019. No one could have written the script on how the year would unfold. These particular group of children showed great resilience & strength of character as their final term in primary school was cut short due to the Covid Pandemic. It will certainly be a time in their lives which they will never forget.
A sincere word of thanks to Ms Clarke for all her hard work in organizing the event & to all the staff for giving of their time to help out on the day to ensure our graduates got the send off they so richly deserved.
To the class of 2020; Andrew, Lee, Alexander, Culainn, Adele, Aoibheann, Aoife, Eilis, Emma, Maggie, Siobhan and Tara, we wish you every good luck as you begin the next chapter of your education and hope you have many fond memories of your time in Drimina NS
